EQUIPMENT:

For hygenic reasons, it is encouraged that you bring your own Yoga Mat & Props. However, if you don't have your own, the studio can accommodate you.

ETIQUETTE:

  • NO gum chewing.

  • NO food or drink (except water) in the yoga studio.

  • NO shoes in the yoga studio.

  • Release all judgement & competition before you begin.

  • Yoga is an inward journey. Keep casual conversation before, during and after class to a minimum.

  • Be kind to yourself. Honour your limits & enjoy yourself.

  • Yoga is best practiced barefoot.

  • Please arrive early so you can setup. Arriving late is disruptive & disrespectful to the teacher, other participants & the practice of yoga.

  • Yoga is practiced on an empty stomach & in non-restrictive clothing.

  • Please refrain from wearing heavily scented perfumes, colognes, lotions, etc.

  • Regular practice is necessary to receive the full benefits of yoga. Aim for at least 3 times a week. Yoga can be practiced safely every day.

  • Inform the teacher prior to class of any health conditions (injuries, diseases, recent surgeries, pregnancy, etc.).
