EQUIPMENT:
For hygenic reasons, it is encouraged that you bring your own Yoga Mat & Props. However, if you don't have your own, the studio can accommodate you.
ETIQUETTE:
- NO gum chewing.
- NO food or drink (except water) in the yoga studio.
- NO shoes in the yoga studio.
- Release all judgement & competition before you begin.
- Yoga is an inward journey. Keep casual conversation before, during and after class to a minimum.
- Be kind to yourself. Honour your limits & enjoy yourself.
- Yoga is best practiced barefoot.
- Please arrive early so you can setup. Arriving late is disruptive & disrespectful to the teacher, other participants & the practice of yoga.
- Yoga is practiced on an empty stomach & in non-restrictive clothing.
- Please refrain from wearing heavily scented perfumes, colognes, lotions, etc.
- Regular practice is necessary to receive the full benefits of yoga. Aim for at least 3 times a week. Yoga can be practiced safely every day.
- Inform the teacher prior to class of any health conditions (injuries, diseases, recent surgeries, pregnancy, etc.).
